NEEPCO is recruiting for the following specialized
engineering and science branches:

Trainee (Electrical / Mechanical): 16 Posts

Salary Structure & Pay Scale
Selected candidates will be placed in the IDA Pay Scale of
Rs. 50,000–3%–1,60,000/- per month under the E-2 Grade structure, along with
other admissible allowances as per company policies.
Eligibility Criteria for NEEPCO Executive Trainee
To be considered for the selection process, applicants must
satisfy the designated educational benchmarks and age limits as of 01-01-2026.

2. Educational Qualifications & Technical
Requirements
Executive Trainee
(Electrical/Mechanical):
Full-time Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Technology /
AMIE in Electrical Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering /
Mechanical Engineering / Mechanical & Automation Engineering from a
recognized University/Institute.
Minimum aggregate marks: 65% for General/EWS/OBC (55% for
SC/ST/PwBD candidates).
Mandatory Requirement: Must have appeared and qualified in
the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2026 in Electrical or
Mechanical Engineering.
Executive Trainee (Civil):
Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology /
AMIE in Civil Engineering from an approved Institute or University.
Minimum aggregate marks: 65% (55% for SC candidates).
Mandatory Requirement: Must have appeared and qualified in
GATE 2026 in Civil Engineering.
Executive Trainee (Geology):
Full-time M.Sc. or M.Tech. in Applied Geology from a
recognized University or Institute.
Minimum aggregate marks: 65% across all semesters/years.
Mandatory Requirement: Must have successfully cleared GATE
2026 in Geology/Geophysics.
